Returns Policy

If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.

Items shipped from VIKOFAN can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
IF THE ITEM IS OPENED, USED OR UNSELLABLE, THE ORDERS MIGHT BE UNREFUNDABLE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A FULL, PARTIAL OR NO REFUND.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you received one of our products as a gift, and would like to return it, you must provide the order number so we can process the return.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. We suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be eligible for a full refund.
